in a rich cream velouté infused with dill weed & root vegetables

Crispy chicken wings coated in Franks hot sauce, Cashel

blue cheese dip & fresh cut celery.

 

Salt & Pepper Calamari

Lightly breaded Calamari rings dressed in a salt & pepper chilli jam

Roasted root vegetable and pearl onion slow cooked to perfection,

8oz of organic Angus striploin steak served with a haystack of fried onions,

house fries and a choice of fresh garlic and herb butter or pepper sauce


Guinness Cottage Pie

4 cuts of ground prime Irish beef slow cooked with root vegetables &

fresh garden peas, topped with crisp golden mashed potatoes served

with stout gravy


Irelands Traditional Loin of Bacon & Cabbage

Ballymaloe glazed loin of bacon, thyme infused savoy cabbage, buttered,

mashed potatoes and a rich creamy spring onion and parsley sauce

 

Irish Mountain Lamb & Root Vegetable Stew

Hunters cut of black face mountain lamb slowly braised in a rich lamb

stock, roasted root vegetables, pearl barley, scented with woodland

herbs, fresh cracked pepper for that little bit of warmth


Irish Whiskey Infused Gaelic Chicken

Stuffed fillet of fresh chicken with onion and fresh herb stuffing

wrapped in smoked steaky bacon finished with creamed mashed potato

and roasted carrot, Jameson Irish whiskey and roasted thyme cream


Traditional Irish Battered Fish & Chips

Lightly coated fresh Haddock in an Irish batter infused with lemon &

lime, minted mushy peas and a homemade tartar sauce.


Madigan Tower Burger

8oz prime Irish Steak burger, melted red cheddar, beef tomato, baby

gem leaf, crispy smoked bacon, topped with Madigan homemade burger

sauce served with a spiced curved chip

 

King Prawn Linguine

King Prawn linguine coated in a rich buttered Lemon, garlic & chilli sauce,

topped with a flakes of authentic Italian Grana Padano.
